Today we discovered via the Turlock Journal that our Vice Commissioner Damon Witt was arrested for possession of child pornography.

We have no record of any misconduct by Mr. Witt while he was part of our organization. He passed all required background checks which included fingerprinting.

Mr. Witt is no longer a part of TYSA. We are in the process of reaching out to everyone within our organization to encourage them to come forward if they have any additional information.
